If a property needs substantially more cleaning time, labour or products because of heavy grease, extensive limescale, pet hair, heavy soiling, clutter or similar conditions, the quote may increase to reflect the additional work required.

Where free or on-site parking is unavailable and the team has to pay to park, we apply a £15 parking charge. We do not use different base cleaning prices simply because a property is in a particular London borough.
One access situation can affect the quote: if deep carpet cleaning is booked and the property has no lift, carrying the heavy carpet-cleaning machine upstairs may add approximately £10–£30, depending on the floor level. Any access charge is confirmed before the service proceeds.
We can often accommodate same-day or next-day end of tenancy cleaning in London, subject to team availability. We do not add an urgency surcharge for a same-day or next-day appointment.
Because we work with multiple cleaning teams, short-notice availability is often possible, but the requested slot is only secured once the booking has been confirmed.
